Code of conduct

Free Workers Hub has an obligation to conduct its business in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations and laws. We are committed to helping all users act in a way that maintains trust and respect. This Code is intended as a guide to using our site appropriately and should be followed at all times. Violations of this Code are dealt with in accordance with our Violations Policy and will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of account. Any questions regarding this Code should be directed to the Free Workers Hub Support Team where we will be able to provide you with further information on the correct procedure(s) to follow and address any concerns you may have.
Personal conduct
- I will act ethically and with integrity.
- I will comply with all Free Workers Hub policies.
- I will respect the rights of all users.
- I will not abuse confidential information or engage in any other illegal practice.
- I will look after the interests, rights and safety of users.
- I will not harass, intimidate or discriminate.
- I will not falsify my own or any other identity and I will provide true and correct information.
- I will not accept work that I am not capable of doing.
- I will not request the initial release of payments until I have delivered the work.
- I won’t abuse the services offered by my freelancer.
User content
- I am responsible for the content I publish on Free Workers Hub and :
- I will not publish content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- I will not publish content that violates any law or regulation.
- I will not publish defamatory content.
- I will not publish content that is obscene or contains child pornography.
- I will not publish content containing incomplete, false or inaccurate information about a person, product or service.
- I will not publish content containing viruses or programming routines designed to damage a system.
- I will not post content that creates liability for Free Workers Hub or damages its business operations or reputation.
Confidentiality
– I will respect confidentiality and privacy.
– I will not disclose any information or documents that I have acquired, except as required by law or as authorised by Free Workers Hub.
Contact
– I will not ask other Freeworker users for their private contact details and will only communicate with them via the official website features.
Fraud
- I will not engage in fraud.
- I will not create multiple accounts.
- I will not use the Site to illegally transfer funds or launder money.
- I will not use the Site to generate false comments about a person, product or service.
Communication
– I will avoid exaggerations, derogatory remarks and inappropriate references.
– I will not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism, or any unprofessional conduct.
Bidding
- I will not underbid to avoid costs.
- I will not participate in projects involving illegal behaviour.
- I will only bid on projects that I plan to complete.
Spam or advertising
– I will not spam or advertise my website or service unless authorised to do so.
Affiliates
– I will not recommend myself to the affiliate scheme.
